Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus

We loved it so much we had to switch rooms though because there wasn't two rooms or two bathrooms but we loved it so much for breakfast was great their service was great we loved how it was just a few miles away from our house they gave us the room that was like an apartment we loved it and we look forward to going back there for my birthday.

This place was so awesome The staff was so super friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay Love the kitchenette and every utensil that I could ever need on my stay. They have a basketball goal off some pool great workout area and a really cool fire pit. The staff definitely deserves praise for all that they go through on a daily basis. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

This has by far been the absolute best experience I've had with a hotel in years. I've previously had a horrible experience at another Marriott location and decided I'd never stay at a Marriott again HOWEVER this location completely changed my mind. The staff was phenomenal and so kind and just had a wealth of knowledge about the area. They truly blew me away. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The hotel was honestly the best smelling hotel EVER; the room, the lobby, the pool house, EVERYTHING smelled so good. They kept the propane fireplace outside going well into the night. This stay has changed my opinion on Marriott and will now start booking with Marriott again.

Clean, friendly staff, room is great, glad we picked this place. Would stop here again.

Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze, and I was immediately impressed with the impeccable cleanliness of my room. The surroundings are peaceful and serene. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel.

Read this review - I hope owners see this. First off the lady at the front desk tonight deserves a raise. If I had known you had the hotel booked with a traveling sports team full of young boys, we wouldn't stay there. The parents of these kids let them run the halls, spit in the hot tub ( yes we saw it) and just plain out rude. The lady at the front desk had to deal with it. The sad part, they have a list of rules for these guests. Which they didn't follow. My family went on a last minute trip to spend time as a family, all we wanted to do was swim and spend time in the hot tub. That didn't happen. I have a 13 and 16 year old and they were shocked by the poor behavior. Again can't stress the lady at the front desk is a saint. I work in corporate, I understand that this is a money maker for hotel but come on. Hotel is clean, modern and I would stay there again if there isn't this situation. I think front desk should give a warning to those who book.

The hotel was great, service was great. The continental breakfast was really good. Ladonna who book our room was awesome. When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was great. We asked the gentleman to switch us from the third floor to the second floor. I can’t remember his name though but he definitely was great!! We will be back. Great stay!!

Clean room, quick check in with friendly staff, nice grounds and landscaping. It is pet friendly and we had no issue bringing our dog, just got charged a $50 pet fee. The free breakfast was pretty standard, but was not bad or anything special which is fine with me given the cost of the hotel. Overall its a great place to stop when on a road trip and we will be back.
